How things change

I neglected to tell you that I ripped my traveling sock and cast it on again but with fewer stitches – 56 as opposed to the original 64 which was creating a rather baggy sock. But in the recreation, the color pattern changed. You can compare it the the original sock. I happen to like both color patterns and anyway, it’s too late now. I ain’t gonna rip it back again!

I took the sock to SF while volunteering at Frank’s work not too long ago. The SF Bay Area has a unique phenomenon known as “casual carpooling” and it’s a great way to hitch a ride into the city from the East Bay. Try it sometime!
